YUNG’s drawing skills have improved a great deal since she learned from WU. YUNG asks HIN to teach her all about herbal medicine and the two get along very well with each other. Both KIU and CHING have seen YUNG, who dressed like an unmarried young lady, meeting a young man. They suspect that she is having an external affair. In order to take control of the emperor, SUNG makes him believe in the effectiveness of the pills of immortality by a stratagem. HIN takes YUNG to the countryside to paint, which he believes is a good way to help her know more about herbs. CHUN follows YUNG and is displeased to see that she is going out with HIN. CHUN is shocked when HIN tells him the girl he admires is YUNG. He wants to tell HIN the truth, but on the other hand, he does not want to hurt him either.
