The heroes were given a pearl that would lead them along a safe path, and they followed it. Vic decided to return to give Val a Valentine, but he was followed by Morgarth's puppets, and they learned about the secret settlement. Morgarth's soldiers have kidnapped all the inhabitants, and now the heroes must free them... or not free them.
