Mamoru Kanbe is a Japanese anime director and storyboard artist known for his work on various television series and films. Kanbe has directed episodes for series including Elfen Lied (2004) and The Promised Neverland (2019). His directorial debut came with Elfen Lied, where he served as the series director.
