Scenes 6 & 7 Int. Ready Room Why is Worf, who is normally disciplined in the extreme, behaving so strangely? This scene would have opened Act I. Scene 25 (partial) Int. Worf’s Chambers Worf wants desperately to believe that the man standing before him is Kahless. Scene 27 Int. Observation Lounge Most of the information in this deleted scene is repeated elsewhere in the episode, except for one line by Data, which would have suggested that Kahless died in Earth year 823. Scene 37-38 Int. Worf’s Quarters and Bridge Worf is beginning to believe that Kahless is real. Gowron starts to move against the man he believes to be an impostor. Scene 47-48 Int. Kahless’ Quarters This deleted moment with Worf and Koroth hints at the political firestorm that awaits Kahless upon his return to the Homeworld. Scene 59 (partial) Int. Observation Lounge In the finished episode, this final restatement of the crisis between Gowron and Koroth was omitted.
