ICAC also found out a policeman TAI was involved in the case of HENG. They assigned him to be responsible for wiping out prostitution where the target was BROTHER B's karaoke bar. However, BROTHER B was being notified in advance, so the work of ICAC was in vain. In fact, HENG and TAI were ex-colleagues. On the surface they were against each other but actually they were on the same boat. KIT was short of money and lied to SHAN that he was robbed. SHAN was willing to support him financially.
