Paying a visit to SHUK-YIN, Uncle BING asks for $30 million because he lost his money on a failed investment, otherwise, he threatens SHUK-YIN that he will reveal the truth of the death of NGAI-YAN's biological mother. In order to cash out, SHUK-YIN leads the potential buyer to inspect her property located in an industrial building, where she bumps into YAT-SING and learns that YAT-SING often goes to the former office of Yiu Kong.
